1. Scope and Contractual Partner

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Luxury Tech Agency GmbH and customers. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

2. Services

We offer services in the areas of website development, e-commerce development, app development, software development, and IT consulting. The exact scope of services is determined in the respective project agreement.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are net prices plus the applicable statutory value-added tax. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Retention of Title

We retain title to all delivered items until full payment of all claims arising from the business relationship.

5. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty provisions apply. Liability for damages is limited to intent and gross negligence, unless essential contractual obligations are violated.
